MGVRP Partnership Requirements
General Requirements
- Server Legitimacy – Your server must be a legitimate and well-established roleplay community with active members.
- Minimum Member Count – Your server must have at least 50+ members.
- Active Community – Your server must maintain consistent activity, including frequent roleplays and engagement.
- Professionalism – Your server must uphold professional standards in staff behavior, rule enforcement, and overall management.
- Safe & Respectful Environment – Your server must promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Partnership Rules
- Mutual Promotion – Both servers must actively promote each other through partnership channels, announcements, or events.
- No Toxicity or Drama – Any form of server-related drama, toxicity, or negative behavior towards MGVRP or Sundown Roleplay will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
- No DM Advertising – Members from either community must not send direct messages promoting one server to members of the other.
- Rule Compliance – Your server must have clear and enforceable roleplay and community rules that align with MGVRP’s standards.
- No NSFW or Inappropriate Content – Servers containing explicit, NSFW, or inappropriate content will not be considered for partnership.
- Cross-Staffing Limitations – If your server shares staff with MGVRP, staff must not prioritize one community over the other.
- Regular Check-Ins – MGVRP staff may periodically review your server’s activity to ensure compliance with the partnership agreement.
How to Apply for a Partnership
To request a partnership with MGVRP, please submit a Partnership Request Form containing the following details:
- Server Name & Invite Link
- Member Count & Activity Status
- Description of Your Roleplay Community
- Reason for Requesting Partnership
- Agreement to Follow the Above Rules
Termination of Partnership
MGVRP reserve the right to terminate a partnership at any time if a server fails to meet the rules and expectations listed above.
